At Linwood Animal Clinic, our goal is to provide excellent, individualized care for your pets.  Our doctors and staff values their relationship with you.  To provide better service to you and your family we are unable to communicate directly with third-party pet med pharmacies but we are happy to provide you with written prescriptions to send into your on-line pharmacy of choice.  This is due to several concerns

  • TIME: We are choosing to spend our time focusing on taking care of our patients and client’s in-clinic instead of answering faxes.  The amount of time that our doctors and staff spend on processing the number of on-line pharmacy requests is limiting the time that we have with patients and clients each day.
  • SAFETY: Our clinic and our on-line pharmacy’s supply chain is 100% guaranteed, no concerns with storage or handling before it gets to you.  Sadly in some cases, fake products have been sold through some of the most popular online retailers.
  • GUARANTEES: Big Box pharmacies often obtain their medications through third party companies that divert the veterinary products.  This action then nullifies the warranties on these products.

We understand that cost is the main reason that our clients purchase products from online and outside pharmacies.  We do our best to make our medication we stock affordable and provide rebates when they are available.

Most importantly, by getting your medications and preventatives directly from our hospital or our online pharmacy you are supporting our local business.

Request a In-clinic Refill

Please allow up to two business days for your refill request to be reviewed, filled and available for pick-up. If for some reason we cannot process the refill, someone from our staff will contact you. For safety, we review your pet’s records before refilling any orders.
